Complaints

I want this service to feel respectful and clear at all times. If you are unhappy with any part of the service you have received, you are welcome to raise a concern. Please read the full Complaints Policy for information on submitting and processing a complaint.

I take concerns seriously and will respond fairly and promptly.

You can make a complaint about:

  • the way a session was handled

  • communication or professional boundaries

  • administrative issues such as booking, payment, or cancellation

  • how your information has been handled

  • any aspect of the service that has felt unclear, uncomfortable, or not in line with what was agreed

Raising a concern will not affect your right to be treated with respect.

If your concern relates to how your personal information has been handled, you may also raise this directly with me and, if needed, with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

If your concern relates to an immediate safety issue, medical need, or urgent risk, please use the appropriate emergency or clinical service rather than this complaints process.
